Board of Directors
Garry Thyer (Chairman) – Garry operates Garry Thyer’s Betta Home Living and Furniture Superstore, Townsville. He has been involved with Betta for 29 years with more than 35 years experience in the retail industry.
Dominic McClelland (Deputy Chairman) – Dominic has more than 25 years experience in retailing, as owner of Betta stores in Bateman’s Bay and Ulladulla, NSW.
Glenn Cain – Glenn was appointed as non-executive director in July 2007. He has 32 years’ experience in the retailing industry. Glenn is an executive director of Able Repairs, which operates Chandlers Betta Home Living stores in Lismore and Casino. He and his family have been involved with Betta for 24 years.
Bob Ansett – Bob has a wealth of top-level business experience in many areas including management, franchising, selling & customer relations. His strong optimism, combined with his professional skill and extensive knowledge form a valuable resource to the BSR Group.
